1 | lb. | boneless, center cut pork chops, 1/2 inch thick | |

2 | medium green peppers, quartered | ||

1 | medium onion, sliced | ||

1 | cup | Bull's-Eye Original Barbecue Sauce, any variety | |

4 | (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed | ||
|
Place chops and vegetables on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill chops 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through, (170 degrees) and grill vegetables 5 minutes on each side, brushing each frequently with barbecue sauce.
Slice chops and vegetables into thin strips. Divide filling among warm tortillas. Roll and tuck in sides to create an enclosed wrapper. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
