Individuals with extraordinary Customer Service skills to assist our extraordinary Customers. Your role will include greeting our customers, assisting them as needed throughout their shopping as well as during the checkout process. This may include bagging groceries and carrying them out for the Customer.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Giving every customer immediate and undivided attention.
Surprise and delight the customers with consistent delightful service.
Assist in controlling customer flow, making sure we reduce waiting time for our customer.
Follow all cash handling procedures. Have basic math skills and ability to count back change.
Follow proper procedures for sales of Tobacco and Alcohol products.
Keep front of store clean, well stocked and organized, sweep floors and maintain floor logs.
Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work standards.
GROCERY RECEIVER
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Making sure the receiving area is clear and clean for deliveries. Making sure the receiving gates are open at the scheduled time to ensure timely deliveries from vendorsFriendly, courteous and positive attitude with vendors, customers and staff.Checking in deliveries verifying count, proper costs, noting/taking care of any discrepancies. Logging all invoices properly and in a timely manner. Logging UPS deliveries according to procedures. Work dairy/deli back stock checking dates and rotating productMaking sure deliveries get to their proper Dept. or location as needed. Close receiving on schedule and delivering all completed invoices to their proper designationKeeping soda room, break room and warehouse clean and organized.
DELI CLERKS
This person must be able to assist our Customers with a smiling, friendly face and an eagerness to provide top notch Customer Service. In addition you must be able to follow and comply with scheduling with flexible availability which can include weekends, nights and Holidays.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Taking detailed orders for Customers food choicesMaking sandwiches, packaging food as requested. Keeping a clean workstation in compliance with Food Safety regulations. Performing all tasks with a positive and constructive attitudeBeing energetic, reliable and outgoing. Quick learner, able to follow directions, as well as, be self motivated. Comply with Company Dress Code. Maintain and/or exceed all performance standards and expectations.
PRODUCE TEAM MEMBER
Your role will include maintaining produce displays with an eye toward freshness, appeal and accurate signage and pricing. Customer Service must be friendly, courteous, efficient and educational.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Give every customer immediate and engaging attention. Keeping cases and shelves clean, rotated and well stocked to ensure a fresh and appealing look. Follow department procedures for maintaining supplies, back-stock and coolers to ensure minimal spoilage. Assist with the sampling program, keeping the area clean and appealing and being able to talk to our customers regarding the various products we offer. Follow and comply with all health and sanitation procedures and follow all safe work practices.
