2 | (about 1 pound) turkey breast tenderloins | ||

1 1/2 | cups | pineapple juice | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | granulated sugar | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | ground ginger | |
|
|||
Dash ground cloves | |||

Place the tenderloins in a shallow glass dish.
To prepare marinade, combine pineapple juice, sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, ginger and cloves; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup; cover and refrigerate. Pour the remaining marinade over turkey. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Remove turkey from marinade and place turkey in an ungreased 11 x 7- inch baking dish; discard marinade. Pour reserved marinade (1/3 cup) over turkey. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until no longer pink, basting twice. Slice and serve at once.
